Urban 1870’s Farm Stay

We only rent to one party at a time, and you have the option to book one or both rooms. You will be our only staying guests!

Guests have their own bathroom, with an antique clawfoot tub! Located just outside of the guest bedrooms.

Our farmhouse is in the heart of Summerville SC! Minutes from amazing restaurants and a short drive to downtown Charleston and various beaches.

Cozy sunroom with a large sectional couch for an optional guest to sleep. Sunroom also has a tv, mini fridge, and guest microwave.

Farm Animal Snuggles

Those staying at the farm and their guests are welcome to snuggle the animals whenever they want and attend our farm experiences if they wish!

Up to 5 Guests-Between the two guest rooms and the sunroom we can accommodate up to 5 guests. Great for families, couples, and girls weekends!

  • We love this farm stay so much that this was our THIRD time here and we live over 600 miles away. First, the accommodations are so lovely. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The beds are super comfortable and the claw foot bathtub is charming. Second, the hosts are so kind. They make you feel welcome and answer all questions. Third, the animals are amazing. Just step outside and you can play with chickens, goats, pigs, cows, cats, and bunnies. There’s no place like this. It’s a great destination for any animal lover.

  • I can’t give them enough stars as this is an experience like none other. Everything is exactly as portrayed down to the lovable farm animals. It really is city in the front and country in the back. Chris took us out to meet all the animals and gave us a background on all of them. They were also super helpful with restaurant and things to see suggestions for Charleston. Can we talk about the beds! They beds were like sleeping on a cloud and no need to worry about hearing the farm animals in the morning because they have sound machines in both rooms. Jenna and Chris are so gracious and humble, you can see their love for life pour out in all they do. I would highly recommend.

  • My girlfriends and I spent 3 days/2 nights here and we absolutely loved it. The house is beautifully restored and decorated. Jenna and Chris are super friendly and helpful with suggesting places to eat and visit. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the guest space was perfect for the three of us girls to catch up and relax. I am 100% obsessed with the animals...all of them were friendly and cute, but Moonshine and Lilly got most of my attention :) 10 out of 10!

Solar powered, uses water collected right off the mountain, is made from locally sourced lumber, and has the coolest homebiogas toilet with a view!

Wood Stove

The treehouse is heated with the cutest little wood stove and always stocked with a generous supply of firewood.

Outdoor Shower

Water collected from the mountain feeds into an exhilarating outdoor shower or a garden bathtub! And yes it’s hot water!

Kitchenette

The treehouse comes with an adorable little kitchenette that includes a two burner gas stove and sink. Provided cooler for cold food storage! Just bring ice!

Our Scottish Highland Cow herd is part of the treehouse experience and guests get them all to themselves! Guests can bring them treats, brush, and admire them during their stay! They are 100 feet from the treehouse.

  • Really beautiful and secluded location. Great for a romantic getaway. Looks beautiful with snow and without. Just make sure you are warm and cozy because it does get pretty chilly there due to the place being on top of the hill and open to the winds. Privacy is awesome and the host is very responsive.

  • This was the cutest little tree house with the most beautiful view of the mountains and the sunsets. My husband and I really enjoyed celebrating our 1 year anniversary here! Our two pups also loved it as much as we did! Thank you Chris and Jenna for sharing such a special place and thank you for checking on us a couple times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything or needed anything!

  • Flowertown Charm off-grid is tucked away from the buzz of everyday life. It’s quiet there, which allowed us to take in all the sounds of nature that surrounded us. The cabin itself is extraordinarily well-built and maintained. The eye to detail was obvious and the aesthetic of the place was gorgeous. We loved all the copper details! The bed and bedding was so comfortable and the tiny wood stove burning nearby made it even more cozy. We spent a lot of time on the deck area in the rocking chairs with our pups (it was helpful that it was gated off). We also enjoyed the time down below in the swings, while our pups ran around the fenced-in yard area.
